Allocations Screen
The Allocations screen shows the work allocated for a chosen date and which vehicle and employees have been allocated to do that work.
It also produces several reports including the fascility to print Work Tickets.
Allocate personnell to work by double clicking on a name and they are allocated to the work that is highlighted, similarly for vehicles.

Clients Screen
The Clients Screen shows details of each client along with any bookings and financial details.
It also allows you to add new clients.
Produce statistical analysis via several reports.
The grid on the left shows the client details panel.
At the bottom is a list of all of the bookings created for the selected client.
On the right hand side are the financial details for the client.

Daily Vehicle Log
The Daily Vehicle Log Screen shows the work commitments for each individual vehicle over a twenty four hour period.
From this screen, allocate work to vehicles and drag and drop work to diferent vehicles.
With this screen you can easily and simply manage the work, your vehicles and time more efficiently than would be possible with spreadsheets or pieces of paper.

Daily Personnel Log
The Daily Personnel Log shows the work commitment for each individual employee over a twenty four hour period.
From this screen you can also move work around the different work and allocate or reallocate work to achieve a more efficient pattern of work.
Use this screen to efficiently manage work, employees yourself and time more efficiently than would be possible on paper or a spread sheet.
